Organizations may appeal certification decisions by submitting a formal request through this page. Appeals must include full contact information, including a working telephone number. All appeal decisions are handled by personnel not involved in the original audit or certification outcome, ensuring a fair and unbiased review.
Upon receipt of an appeal, Securisea CB follows a structured process to validate and investigate the matter, taking into consideration the outcomes of any previous similar appeals in order to ensure consistency in decision-making. All appeals are tracked and recorded throughout their lifecycle, with full documentation of the actions undertaken to resolve them.
