To ensure proper handling, all complaints must include the name of the complainant, a working phone number, and a clear description of the issue. All valid complaints will be reviewed and addressed by impartial staff not involved in the subject of the complaint.

Upon receipt of a complaint, Securisea CB follows a structured process to validate and investigate the matter, determining the appropriate actions to be taken in response. All complaints are tracked and recorded throughout their lifecycle, with full documentation of the actions undertaken to address them. Where an investigation identifies a deficiency, Securisea CB ensures that appropriate corrections and corrective actions are implemented to prevent recurrence and maintain the integrity of its certification activities.
